RETURNS POLICY

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date an order was received through our website. We allow a maximum of 30 days from the date the parcel was received by our customers to identify any faults or issues and contact us. Returned items will only be refunded for its purchase price excluding postage charges.

In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition – undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, complete with all tags and labels attached and unworn.

Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Parcels must be sent back via post only – we do not accept returns made in person to our dispatch centre. Parcels returned in person not using the postal service can be rejected and returned to sender and not processed. We do not have any retail stores or outlets to return items to. All items returned are expected to be in their original packaging (shoe boxes or clear plastic bags) and have labels and tags intact – exemption are items where the tags or labels were not provided.

If an exchange is requested we will send the exchange item free of charge. All items returned for exchange will be processed accordingly by our returns department. If we are not able to exchange the item and we are not able to provide a suitable alternative the customer will be given an automated refund.

All returns, along with the packing list and reason for return, to be sent back to us must be within the 14 days policy and can be sent to:
